Pharyngitis, the throat feels very tired

Description Of Condition:

From November 5 to now, the school doctor looked at my throat and said it was pharyngitis. I feel very tired. I eat and drink water normally without pain. Sometimes I feel that my throat is dry, and I feel very tired on the part above the Adam's apple. That kind of empty throat feels strange. I can't describe that feeling. Does it have anything to do with the food tube? I saw a gastroscope in July and had esophageal leukoplakia. The doctor said it's okay. I'm a chronic gastritis, Sometimes there will be backflow. Just recently, there has been backflow
