Endometrial minimally invasive curettage for 5 hours?

Description Of Condition:

After two years of menopause, the relatives discharged a lump of meat tissue from the gynecology department, and did color Doppler ultrasound to check the endometrial thickening. The meat tissue was taken for pathology. The result was spindle cell malignant tumor, and then did minimally invasive curettage. It took about 5 hours. Minimally invasive curettage took so long. The doctor said that everything that could be cut was cut. Is she very serious?
