Can thrombocytopenia cause leg and foot pain

Description Of Condition:

I have had thrombocytopenia (ITP) for 20 years. In the past, most of them were wet bleeding (such as nosebleeds). Now platelets are about 20. Now there is less wet bleeding. However, once I sit or stand for a long time (more than 10 hours), my feet or legs will hurt and sometimes swell. Generally speaking, I will be fine the next day after a night's rest, and then my feet will hurt again after a long time of exercise. Recently, I checked three items of rheumatism. ESR is a little high. It is 23. Rheumatoid factor and anti-o are normal. Therefore, I wonder if it is caused by rheumatoid? If it wasn't rheumatoid, what would cause my foot pain or leg pain? After all, if I can't have 12 hours of ground exercise, it will affect my work and life
