Description Of Condition:

Bone fracture can be seen in multiple segments of the second to sixth ribs on the right side, in which the broken ends of the third posterior rib fracture overlap and dislocation, the other broken ends have no obvious separation and dislocation, and the cortical fold of the second anterior rib on the right side. The bronchial vascular bundles of both lungs are increased and thickened, with disordered walking. The transmittance of lung fields is normal. Patchy increased density shadow can be seen under the pleura on the dorsal side of both lungs, and the boundary is fuzzy. Both hilar structures are clear. The mediastinal trachea is in the middle, the bronchial lumen of each segment and leaf is unobstructed, the heart shadow is enlarged, and there is no obvious enlarged lymph node shadow in the mediastinum. A small amount of arc-shaped liquid density shadow can be seen in bilateral thorax.
