After cyst infection drainage, scab does not grow skin for a month. Is there still a problem with the wound?

Description Of Condition:

The operation is no problem, but the dressing is changed in the community, because the drainage strip will not be put at all in the community, resulting in false healing, reopening the wound, and scabbing until October, but so far, the meat is flat and the skin is not long. After scabbing, I took a color Doppler ultrasound and said it was no problem, but what if the skin doesn't grow? A whole month? Need another operation?
