Description Of Condition:

Originally had cervical spondylosis, bumped to the position above the shoulder below the neck led to tingling in both arms and hands, 2-3 days after the tingling did not also numbness, now 7 days left only the left and right hands respectively a fingertip a little swollen (contact to a little numb) arms a little tight (feel like a tendon short inflexible easily tired) please need surgery?
