Mild protrusion of L5 / S1 intervertebral disc

Description Of Condition:

The day before yesterday, I moved a very heavy object, and then after hard moving, I had the symptoms of lumbar bone compression pain. I went to take a film. As shown in the figure, L5 / S1 intervertebral disc is slightly prominent. Now on the third day, I feel the pain of lumbar spine is aggravated and lying down is also very painful. Pressing a bone somewhere in the lumbar spine will still cause compression pain, and oil rubbing and hot compress did not alleviate the pain. What treatment can I do for this pain? How long will the pain automatically ease without treatment?
