MRI report of pain and fall when straightening knee joint

Description Of Condition:

My right knee. When I sat there after working for three hours and suddenly stood up, my knee was obviously abnormal and painful at the moment of straightening. It may be a ligament. It was really a strain. I fell once at the end of August. I was lying on the ground directly at that time, and then I hurt the inner joint of my right leg. The inner side is also vaguely painful to walk now. My current symptoms are pain and discomfort. It seems that there is a problem with the joint adhesion between my thigh and lower leg. But the pain is not too severe to walk. But it must be abnormal to feel it. My appeal is, first, which doctor can help me interpret the following MRI report. CT examination showed that there was no fracture of bone and joint, which was normal. Second, please help me see the severity of the problem in my examination report. Third, the key now is how to treat. Please give guidance, ha, thank you.
