What about the child's self injury after he is accused of losing his temper

Description Of Condition:

My nephew made progress in the 13-year-old exam, but it was not as good as expected. I still made the simplest mistake, so I was furious and angrily accused the child. As a result, the child hit the wall by himself, and his hands bled. The wall hit a hole. I was afraid and blamed myself. I didn't know what to do? Also worried that he will encounter things in the future and take the way of self injury! Please give some advice to the doctor! thank you
