Description Of Condition:

Male, 23, hypertension has been 150mg Irbesartan per day for two weeks as prescribed by the doctor, before taking the medication the average daytime blood pressure was 156/88, now the average daytime blood pressure is 140/75, fluctuating slightly, high pressure occasionally goes up to 150, occasionally 130, my problem is that I have an important medical examination in a week, I want to make sure that my blood pressure is normal, I happen to have nifedipine tablets, nifedipine controlled release tablets, hydrochlorothiazide tablets at home. Can I consider combining them to solve the problem without affecting other routine indicators?
