Excessive fright while sleeping at night

Description Of Condition:

The night before last, when I went to bed, I was frightened by something that seemed to be very fearful, which caused the sweat hairs all over my body to stand up all night long and delayed recovery! Now people are always a little sleepy, as long as the thought of the scene, sweat will still stand up, and extremely easy to be scared! This morning my wife unintentionally slapped me behind the back and scared me so much that I hugged and slapped her to death and almost cried! At bedtime, I suddenly found my daughter beside me and also scared me so much that I screamed! Now it's especially disturbing!I'm trying desperately to calm myself down and feel like I'm going to have a nervous breakdown if I get scared a few more times!I think I will suddenly become a psychopath. What do I need to do to regulate it and is there any medication that can treat it?I hope you doctors can give me some advice!
