Description Of Condition:

Two months ago, I broke my foot playing football, and the 1.5T MRI was taken on the 3rd day, which showed no abnormality, and the X-ray showed no abnormality. After the swelling subsided on day 45, a 3.0T MRI was taken, which showed a localized abnormal signal in the anterior talofibular ligament, considering a possible strain, and the drawer test was negative.Today, on the 60th day, the ankle is still slightly swollen and there is a bruise, which is obvious when I stand up, but the swelling and bruise randomly disappears when I lie down. How should I treat it?
