After postpartum, the pelvic floor muscle is half done. The doctor said that the effect is not particularly good. It is recommended to do a retraction. I am doing the pelvic floor muscle, but it is about to celebrate the new year. I am worried that I can't finish it. Would you like to ask the doctor, do I retract several times, go home for the new year, and continue to do the pelvic floor muscle and retraction after the new year?
