Meningioma was diagnosed and the content of the report was not understood

Description Of Condition:

CT enhancement results: located above the interhemispheric fissure is a calcification about 11 mm in size. There was slight contrast enhancement near the edge of each side of the lesion, more obvious on the right side, and the CT attenuation of pre contrast imaging increased slightly. The area of contrast enhancement is about 8 mm. There was no space occupying effect or edema, and the appearance was small meningioma. There is no obvious abnormality, otherwise it shows normal 1 vascular system enhancement. There is no evidence of venous thrombosis. No further exceptions were seen. I didn't get the film, but only the report. The patient often has a headache because of neck pain. May I ask the doctor to what extent this meningioma is? I don't understand what the report means that there is enhancement on each side of adjacent calcification. Is it lobulated? Or calcification in the middle, how should we deal with it at present?
