Description Of Condition:

Hello, doctor, I had rhinitis when I was young. About 5 days ago, due to the dry weather, I felt that the rhinitis recurred, with a stuffy nose and runny nose. There was occasionally a little blood in the nose, so I began to wash the nose with saline, but I felt that there was water left in the nasal cavity or sinuses after washing the nose. After washing the nose, I needed to lower my head to discharge the water, and there was no blood in the nose. After washing my nose last night, I woke up this morning and felt pain on the right side of my nose. I looked down and found that there was light yellow water flowing out. The pain was relieved after flowing out. It was found that there was yellow viscous runny nose this morning. After taking a cephalosporin, there was light yellow water flowing out just after lowering your head. After flowing out, the pain has basically disappeared. Would like to ask the doctor whether it is due to the retention of nasal washing water in the paranasal sinuses, resulting in inflammation and pain in the paranasal sinuses. Do you need further treatment? Thank you
