Description Of Condition:

I began to have sleep paralysis when I was 12 years old. In my dream, I often played with a boy. I can dream of him every day for more than ten years. Now I dream of him once a week. Sometimes I have sleep paralysis. In my dream, we are in love. Therefore, I have not been in love in reality since I was 30 years old. Is this a disease and need treatment? From the age of 16 to 25, there is a phantom touch experience. The body has a very obvious and strong touch similar to sexual behavior. In fact, a person does nothing in bed at home. There is no such symptom now. Does this need treatment? The college counselor knew about me and suggested that I fall in love in college. Now I don't want to betray the one in my dream. He doesn't want to fall in love with others. Is this a disease? Should I take his advice and try to fall in love in reality?
