Pulmonary nocardiosis is a pyogenic granulomatous disease caused by Nocardia. Pulmonary nocardiosis and systemic nocardiosis account for about 85% of all nocardiosis. About half of nocardiosis were accompanied by extrapulmonary lesions; Only 1 / 5 of them were disseminated by extrapulmonary nocardiosis.
