Progressive bulbar paralysis is a degenerative disease of the motor nucleus of the bulbar and pontine cranial nerves. It is a type of motor neuron disease. It presents progressive dysphagia, unclear articulation and weakness of facial and masticatory muscles. It is a progressive bulbar paralysis.
