Nonspecific systemic necrotizing small vasculitis

Nonspecific systemic necrotizing small vessel vasculitis, formerly known as microscopic arteritis under microscope, is now commonly seen as a microscopic vasculitis. It is a common necrotizing vasculitis. Its incidence rate is only next to Wegener granulomatosis in vasculitis. It is considered a branch of classical arteriolar sarcoidosis.
