Non paroxysmal sinus tachycardia (npst), called idiopathic sinus tachycardia (IST), is a clinical syndrome that has not been clearly defined. It refers to the reaction of accelerated resting heart rate when active or nervous. The sinus heart rate is more than 100 beats / min, without other causes of tachycardia.
