Infection caused by non Vibrio cholerae, which is different from Vibrio cholerae in biochemistry and serology. It can cause wound infection, enterotoxicosis or diarrhea due to different pathogenic strains. It should be distinguished from cholera and bacillary dysentery. Avoid eating contaminated or stale food. High risk patients with skin wounds should avoid operating unburned seafood and contacting seawater, which can play an active preventive role.
