Lymphomatoid granulomatosis (LG) is a rare type of vasculitis and granulomatous reaction. The disease is characterized by vascular trophic, vascular destructive lesions and granulomatous reactions in various tissues, accompanied by extensive atypical lymphoproliferative infiltration, mainly involving the lung and extrapulmonary tissues.
