Jejunal and ileal diverticulum

Jejunal diverticulum is more common than ileum. It is often near Treitz ligament. It can be single, but it is often multiple. If it is multiple, its number gradually decreases and its volume is small in the lower intestine, sometimes only a small protrusion. But it is not uncommon in the distal ileum.
