Inflammatory pseudotumor

Pneumonic pseudotumor is a non-specific inflammatory proliferative tumor like lesion of lung parenchyma. It is a mass formed by granuloma, organization, fibrous connective tissue hyperplasia and related secondary lesions caused by chronic inflammation in the lung. It is not a real tumor. Inflammatory pseudotumor is the first or second benign tumor of the lung.
