Fecal perforation of colon (SP) is a rare fatal acute abdomen. Bauer reported 4 cases in 1972 and reviewed the literature. A total of 25 cases were reported in the literature. According to the statistics of Serpell in 1990, there were 64 cases in the world literature from 1984 to 1990, and 3 cases were reported in 1995. The incidence rate of colon fecal perforation is unknown, but according to autopsy, incidence rate is more than 5%.
