Fabrys disease, i.e. angiokeratoma syndrome or Anderson Fabry disease, or α- Galactosidase a deficiency is a multi organ and multi system disease, including skin diseases, nervous system diseases, such as anhidrosis, acrosensory abnormalities, cardiovascular diseases, eye diseases, others such as anemia, lymphoid tissue hyperplasia, hepatosplenomegaly, bone aseptic necrosis, myopathy and hypogammaglobulinemia.
